<h2>About the Role</h2> <p>Abnormal AI is looking for a Principal, Strategy &amp; Transformation to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team. This team supports our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to identify and execute against strategic GTM initiatives.</p> <p>This is an AI-native, vertically integrated role. At most companies, this work sits on a pyramid: an analyst pulls the data and builds the model, a manager shapes the narrative, and someone at the associate-partner level packages it and runs the room with senior stakeholders. We want one person to collapse that pyramid. Source the data yourself, build the model, and run the analysis, with AI doing the heavy lifting. Then package it into a sharp recommendation and manage the senior stakeholders yourself, with the judgment of someone who's done this at the partner level. AI isn't a productivity perk here.
