The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Director of Field Medical to serve as the regional scientific lead during a pivotal stage of our growth. This senior, full-scope Medical Science Liaison role rests on two pillars : leading high-level scientific exchange and key opinion leader relationships across your region and serving as the field-facing scientific partner to Maze's clinical development programs. It ’s a genuine scientific leadership position, not site support with a scientific veneer .

With MZE829 entering its pivotal program in 2027 and MZE782 advancing through Phase 2, your immediate priority is enabling the clinical programs, so trial and investigator support carries real weight from day one. B ecause Maze is genetics-first, you’ll need credibility across two distinct communities : nephrology (AMKD, FSGS, CKD) and metabolic disease (PKU) .
