For more than 25 years, Rainier Scholars has expanded access to educational opportunity for young people across the Puget Sound region. Through a comprehensive 12-year program beginning in fifth grade and continuing through college graduation, the organization combines rigorous academic enrichment, leadership development, and personalized support to help students realize their potential and pursue ambitious futures.

Serving more than 720 scholars and families across Seattle and Tacoma, Rainier Scholars focuses on students who face significant barriers to higher education. With 85% of scholars qualifying as low-income and 90% positioned to become first-generation college graduates, the organization is building new generations of college graduates, professionals, and community leaders while strengthening families and communities.
