Chief Development Officer

Founded in 1895, Chi Omega has grown to become the largest women’s fraternal organization in the world, with more than 429,000 initiated Sisters and 182 collegiate chapters. Guided by six purposes spanning friendship, integrity, service, academic excellence, community involvement, and personal and career development, Chi Omega creates connections and experiences designed to extend throughout its members’ lives.

The Chi Omega Foundation provides the philanthropic support that strengthens this experience. Gifts from alumnae, collegiate members, and friends fund scholarships, grants, educational and leadership programs, and resources for members. With an expansive, multigenerational community and a loyal donor base, the Foundation has an opportunity to broaden participation, deepen engagement, and cultivate the next generation of supporters.
