Contact H&A for Details Position Details & Responsibilities We are partnered with an established dealership group to hire a General Manager to lead their construction technology division in South-Central Texas . ** Candidates should have experience in the construction technology industry ** This leader will oversee sales, product support, and service operations while driving long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction technology, dealership operations, and team leadership, with the ability to execute strategy through hands-on coaching. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall strategy, operations, and growth for the construction technology division Oversee sales, service, and product support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions that enhance jobsite productivity Develop and coach staff, ensuring performance goals are achieved while fostering a positive team culture Manage budgets, resources, and capital assets to maximize profitability and efficiency Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet organizational goals Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align with broader company objectives Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across the business This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with the potential to drive significant growth and shape the future of a technology-focused division within a respected dealership group.
