Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Full Service
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
We are seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of a well-established full-service restaurant. This is a strong opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, developing talent, and supporting overall restaurant performance in a high-volume environment.
This concept is known for consistent operations, a loyal guest base, and a structured leadership team. The AGM will play a key role in supporting the General Manager while helping drive daily execution and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support overall restaurant operations including FOH and BOH coordination
Lead and develop hourly team members and supervisors during shifts
Assist the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and labor management
Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness expectations are met
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining
Proven leadership and team development skills
Experience in high-volume environments preferred
Working knowledge of labor management and cost controls
Ability to lead from the floor and stay engaged during service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000 – $70,000 base salary
