What You’ll Be Doing
As General Manager, you’ll be the leader who brings energy, direction, and consistency to the operation. You’ll build a team that enjoys coming to work while delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a great team
Creating a positive, supportive workplace where employees feel valued
Driving sales, controlling costs, and managing labor and inventory
Maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Leading by example and making work enjoyable while holding the team accountable
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Store Manager experience
Background in quick-service, fast-casual, coffee, beverage, or similar high-volume operations
An outgoing, positive personality with a genuine passion for people
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees
Experience managing labor, inventory, and operating costs
Someone who enjoys being involved in the operation rather than managing from an office
A hands-on leader who knows how to balance having fun with delivering results
