Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated General Manager in the Centennial area. The ideal General Manager is a service-driven, results-oriented leader who excels at developing teams, driving revenue growth, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong community presence while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop team members while establishing clear expectations and accountability
Drive revenue growth through memberships, events, community partnerships, and exceptional customer experiences
Oversee all daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and safety compliance
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Qualifications:
2-3 years of General Manager experience in either a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
Proven success in a leadership role with responsibility for sales, customer service, and operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and developing team members
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve performance goals
Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, maintenance, and operational metrics
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
