VP of Commercial Operations

A fast-growing commercial HVAC contractor — backed by 15+ years of institutional home and facility services experience — is now building the leadership team to scale. The company operates across multifamily, institutional, retail, industrial, and hospitality property types, serving large portfolio operators across the Southeast and nationally. Work is won on technical depth: engineered scopes, proactive electrical coordination, energy analysis — proposals that hold up under scrutiny where competitors fall short. This role is the No. 2 seat.
