The Role

Our client is hiring Deployment Strategists to work directly with the founders building for the private equity market. This is a chance to join the founding team, shape product strategy and culture, and see the full lifecycle from sales to delivering customer value.

What You Will Do

Partner with the founders to design and refine core AI agent workflows.

Lead customer engagements end to end and increasingly own client relationships.

Operate from first principles with high autonomy.

Feed client insights into product development and strategy.

Support sales to win new clients and recurring engagements.

What You Bring

1.5+ years of management consulting at a top firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) with significant commercial due diligence work

Ideally 1-2 years as a private equity associate

High autonomy and first-principles thinking

Ability to work in the San Francisco office 6 days a week
