Description:
The Regional Director - Hospital Accounts is responsible for providing tactical sales direction and leadership to the Hospital Sales Representatives in their region to achieve national sales objectives as outlined by the Vice President, Sales. They are responsible for hiring and developing, as well as coaching to success, the sales team to ensure a positive experience for the customer and successful promotion of the portfolio. The Regional Director - Hospital Accounts must work seamlessly with the cross functional teams (National Accounts, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Human Resources, and Patient Experience Managers) as well as implementing training and developing business plans that support the execution of the brand plan. The Regional Director, Hospital Accounts is responsible for first line management and hiring for their region along with coaching and training their team. The Regional Director - Hospital Accounts is responsible for ensuring that his/her team achieves quota for all portfolio products. The Regional Director – Hospital Accounts must have a proven track record of leading a high performing team as well as be able to provide valuable and insightful field intelligence on a consistent basis.
Requirements :
2+ years leadership experience from Pharma/BioTech
MUST have experience within IDNs and Institutions
Completed 4 year degree -
Open to travel along the Western Region
Compensation:
$190-220k base salary + 60k in bonus. Great medical benefits 100% covered by employer, + fantastic additional benefits!
