Diverse Staffing is seeking an accomplished Director of Field Sales Performance & Coaching to lead the development, coaching, and performance improvement of our field sales organization across multiple markets.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to Ownership and Executive Leadership. We are looking for a staffing industry sales leader who understands how to build sales talent, improve execution, increase accountability, and drive measurable revenue and gross profit growth.

Your impact will be seen in stronger sales performance, improved customer acquisition, increased profitability, and the continued growth of the organization.

Diverse Staffing is a nationally recognized workforce solutions company specializing in temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, and workforce management services. As we continue to expand, we are investing in sales leadership that can elevate performance across every market while helping create a consistent, accountable, and high-performing sales culture.

If you have built your career in staffing sales leadership, thrive on coaching others to success, and enjoy helping teams win in competitive markets, this opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on a growing national organization.
