Analyze turnover, absenteeism, and employee feedback to identify trends and improve retention

Training & Employee Development

Develop and lead training and development strategies for employees and leaders

Identify skill gaps and establish training priorities with department leadership

Strengthen onboarding and new-hire training

Build leadership development, succession planning, cross-training, career development, and internal mobility programs

Provide leadership training focused on communication, coaching, accountability, safety, and employee relations
