Opportunity Overview

PACE program, currently serving approximately 45–60 participants with an anticipated census of approximately 100 participants over the next 12 months.

The current Medical

Director is retiring, creating an opportunity for a physician to step into a

high-quality, high-touch clinical leadership role.

Role Structure

Internal Medicine or Geriatric

physician serving as the primary physician for the Lancaster, PA location

Medical Directorship title

Approximately 5–6 patients per

day

Morning team meeting around

8:00–8:30 AM

Typically finished with patient

care by approximately 2:30 PM, allowing time for administrative responsibilities

Strong collaboration with the NP team

Low-pressure environment with an

emphasis on high-quality of care.

Compensation

$275K base + $24k Medical

Director stipend.
