Sr. Pricing Analyst

Westphal Staffing is partnering with a well-established company in the Marathon, WI area that is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where your analysis won’t just live in a spreadsheet—you’ll help turn data into decisions that impact pricing, margins, and overall business strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

Dive into pricing, margins, and profitability to uncover meaningful insights

Participate in RFQs, quoting, and customer pricing

Research market and competitive data to help guide pricing decisions

Assist with forecasting and provide reports and insights to leadership

Partner with Business Development, Operations, and other teams on financial analysis and KPIs

Help improve pricing systems, processes, reporting, and overall efficiencies

Work with SAP data and tackle special projects and ad hoc analysis along the way Sr Pricing Analyst

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of pricing experience

5+ years of experience with P&L and margin/price decision-making

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations

Advanced Excel skills

Strong business acumen, communication skills, and attention to detail

SAP or another major ERP system is a plus

Cheese/dairy or CPG industry experience is a bonus! Sr Pricing Analyst
