Candidates should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex, high-stakes deals. The ideal candidate will be a leader interested in contributing to the firm’s long-term success. The expected base salary ranges from $225,000 to $350,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus which can be about $20,000 to $60,000. The hours will likely be about 1,800 annually.
