Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
9+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus.
Expertise with engineering software platforms.
Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.
