Human Resources Manager

Unite Contracting is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead our team in LaPlace, LA. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, developing our workforce, and driving overall success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing coaching and guidance to staff Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits administration experience a plus Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities As an HR Manager at Unite Contracting, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company, and help shape the future of our organization.
