Labor & Delivery RN Manager

Seeking an RN Manager to oversee Labor & Delivery within the Hospital setting in the beautiful state of Vermont. This is a M-F Dayshift 8 am-4:30 pm.

Interested candidates should have 5+ years of clinical experience in the hospital setting, including 2+ years of Charge or Leadership experience. BSN is required.

Responsibilities of the RN Manager:

Manages operations of specific nursing unit(s).

Provides guidance and support to nursing staff, ensures quality of patient care, and collaborates with other leaders/team members to maintain efficient and effective operation.

Key areas of focus will be new grad RN retention, patient experience, compliance with Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement initiatives, throughput efficiencies, staffing patterns, and budget management.

The incumbent is expected to lead through strategic management, relationship management, and influencing positive behaviors.
