Project Coordinator
Warwick, RI | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | $24.00-$26.00/hr
We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a temporary-to-hire opportunity supporting product delivery and customer service projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from initiation through completion
Manage schedules, timelines, deliveries, and invoicing
Process order entries and modifications
Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams
Identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Qualifications:
Experience in project coordination, administration, or project management
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred
