Are you looking to streamline cross-functional delivery and lead high-visibility initiatives from discovery to post-launch? We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive scope, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution across our portfolio. In this role, you will leverage tools like Smartsheet and Jira to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects that directly impact our strategic growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional business and technical projects from initial discovery to post-implementation. Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource ownership, and schedules. Manage daily project operations, status tracking, action items, risks, and decision logs within Smartsheet and Jira. Facilitate regular project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and executive-level alignment discussions. Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks and issues while communicating timely updates on scope, timeline, or resource changes. Support project intake, governance, portfolio prioritization, go-live readiness, and operational transition planning. Partner with PMO leadership to continuously enhance project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1+ year in a Project Management role (supporting software applications, specifically Finance or Accounting or Analytics) Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining plans, dashboards, and reporting frameworks in Smartsheet. Proven ability to track Epics, tasks, sprint activity, and dependencies within Jira. Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Experience communicating project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Capable of translating complex details into executive summary reports.
