Accounting and Finance Dallas, TX Tax Manager Apply Now We’re hiring a Tax Manager for an established, mid-sized CPA firm in the Dallas area. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for an experienced CPA with a strong background in public accounting tax. The Tax Manager will oversee complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses while supervising and mentoring staff. Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns, including 1065, 1120S, 1040, and 1041 Tax estimates, projections, planning, and compliance Research and resolve complex tax issues Manage client relationships and provide tax advisory support Supervise engagements and review staff work Mentor and develop staff accountants Collaborate with partners on client matters and practice development Qualifications 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience Active CPA license required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong partnership, S corporation, individual, and fiduciary tax experience Prior staff supervision and review experience Strong client-facing and communication skills Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and tax/accounting technology What’s In It for You Full-time, direct-hire position Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work flexibility Exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex tax engagements Direct access to experienced partners Long-term career advancement opportunity Recruiting Team Reach out to learn more or nominate a qualified candidate.
