Job Title: Utility Construction Project Manager

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois – Hybrid

Duration: 12+ month contract with chances of extension

Job Summary: We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Mid to lead projects from initiation through completion with a strong focus on planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Our team is looking for a driven professional who can coordinate stakeholders, maintain progress, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

Top 3 Key Skills Needed:

Project Management

Reading/Interpreting Civil construction experience

Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects

Candidate MUST Haves:

Project Management experience (3+ years)

Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects

Experience reviewing contract proposals/bids

Experience with preparing the project forecasting (e.g. Monthly Cash Flows)

At least a bachelor’s in engineering, Technical, or Project Management
