Job Title: Project Manager Location: Wilmington, DE Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion. This individual will work with internal departments, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong general project management experience and must have hands-on experience using Monday. com or Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Responsibilities Manage projects from initial planning through implementation and completion. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Track project tasks, dependencies, deadlines, and overall progress. Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Lead project meetings and communicate status, priorities, risks, and next steps. Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks and work with stakeholders to resolve them. Maintain project documentation, action items, schedules, and status reports. Ensure project expectations, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly communicated. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as priorities or requirements change. Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Help keep project teams accountable for assigned responsibilities and deadlines. Support effective communication and coordination across multiple departments and project participants. Required Qualifications Professional experience managing projects from initiation through completion. Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project participants simultaneously. Experience identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues. Strong meeting facilitation and project documentation skills. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Monday. com Microsoft Project Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects within government, public sector, IT, infrastructure, or another complex organizational environment. Experience coordinating projects involving multiple departments, vendors, or stakeholder groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience reporting project status, risks, milestones, and deliverables to leadership. Ability to adapt quickly as project priorities and requirements change.
