Contact H&A for Details Position Details & Responsibilities A well-established equipment rental, sales, service, and parts organization is seeking a Branch Manager in Northern New Jersey to lead its operations and drive continued growth. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the business, including revenue growth, profitability, fleet management, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within the equipment rental industry and possess a proven track record of building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and growing market share. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day operational involvement. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of branch operations, including equipment rental, sales, service, parts, customer support, and overall business performance Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management Develop, coach, and support employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Oversee fleet utilization, inventory management, operational efficiency, and equipment lifecycle planning Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and P&L accountability Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners while identifying opportunities for growth Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational best practices Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business results This opportunity is ideal for an experienced rental industry leader who enjoys building teams, improving operations, and driving business growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and profitability.
