Senior Director Philanthropy

Develops and drives innovative fundraising strategies to advance capital philanthropic priorities, with a primary focus on major gifts ($100,000+) and an emphasis on growing principal gifts ($1,000,000+). Identifies, cultivates and executes new approaches to strengthen the major and principal gift pipeline, accelerate donor engagement and expand transformational giving opportunities. Builds and leverages meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize philanthropic investments with capital priorities and maximize support for strategic initiatives.
