Director of Construction and Real Estate

Job Summary: Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate and Construction Project Management to oversee the performance and strategic development of manufacturing and office locations throughout Europe. The role will lead real estate, construction, and facility initiatives, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality and compliance standards. This position will manage budgets, resources, contracts, schedules, risks, site closures, and multiple projects while identifying opportunities to optimize facilities, utilities, investments, and operational costs. The Director will provide strategic leadership, communicate progress and recommendations to senior management, and drive business continuity, facilities standardization, and KPI development across the region.
