Layout Engineering Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Layout Engineer to lead layout design and mask development activities for next-generation semiconductor laser products, including VCSELs, DFB lasers, and other III-V optoelectronic devices. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality physical layouts, mask sets, process monitor structures, and design methodologies to support product development and manufacturing. The successful candidate will drive layout excellence across the organization through standardization, automation, and implementation of robust design rule verification processes. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in semiconductor layout design with strong programming skills to automate Design Rule Checks (DRC), layout verification, data handling, and workflow optimization. This position will work closely with device design, process integration, product engineering, epitaxy, manufacturing, and reliability teams to ensure layout integrity,
