Head of School

Easton, Maryland, The Country School seeks a Head of School to begin on July 1, 2027. Based in historic Easton, on Maryland's Eastern Shore, The Country School (Pre-k – 8, coed) believes that education is about more than just academic success—it’s about nurturing the whole child. The school partners closely with families to support not only intellectual growth, but also the development of strong character and emotional well-being. The Country School’s goal is to prepare students to become thoughtful, compassionate, and resilient individuals who are ready to lead with integrity.
