Our client is seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead global growth marketing initiatives, accelerate qualified pipeline generation, and drive measurable revenue impact across the US and European markets. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a hands-on marketing executive who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth marketing strategy focused on generating qualified pipeline, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional marketing team spanning demand generation, marketing operations, digital performance, website optimization, and event marketing.

Own integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and measurable business impact.

Establish and improve marketing performance reporting, attribution, and ROI measurement to better connect marketing investments with sales pipeline and revenue.

Analyze CRM, marketing automation, website, and advertising platform data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for optimization.

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Develop and optimize enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, lead generation programs, and customer expansion strategies.

Identify opportunities to modernize marketing processes through AI, automation, emerging technologies, and data-driven experimentation.

Manage external agency and vendor relationships while ensuring effective allocation of marketing resources and investments.

Serve as a strategic marketing leader within the US organization while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven growth marketing leadership experience within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline, qualified opportunities, and revenue growth.

Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing cross-functional marketing teams.

Strong understanding of demand generation, performance marketing, marketing operations, digital analytics, and conversion optimization.

Hands-on experience interpreting marketing performance data across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and advertising platforms.

Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant MarTech solutions.

Experience developing or scaling account-based marketing strategies targeting complex enterprise buying audiences.

Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving and execution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing performance into actionable business recommendations.

Interest in leveraging AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, personalization, and growth.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting global growth marketing strategies across US and European markets.

Background marketing enterprise SaaS solutions with complex sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.

Experience within analytics, procurement technology, supply chain technology, or related enterprise software industries.

Proven success scaling growth marketing functions within expanding or growth-equity-backed organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of $170,000–$225,000, depending on experience.
