NYC HR LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY – LUXURY FASHION Director/Senior Director of Human Resources 170-200k 5 days onsite downtown NYC I'm excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing luxury fashion company in NYC on a search for their next Director/Senior Director of Human Resources. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves the energy of a start-up/small company environment and wants the ability to truly build, influence and make an impact. The company has approximately 150 employees and growing quickly. They're looking for a senior HR leader who can partner closely with the founders and leadership team while still being very comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working in the weeds.The role is stand alone at this point in time. You'll have the opportunity to build and evolve the HR function, help bring greater alignment across the leadership team, lead recruiting and talent initiatives, and oversee the full spectrum of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance and HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience in luxury/fashion and, have experience working within a smaller, entrepreneurial company during a period of significant growth and scale.
