Financial Analysis Senior Manager

Lead finance strategy and decision support across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sourcing functions. Partner with business leaders to drive operational performance, cost optimization, inventory management, forecasting, and strategic investments. Responsibilities include overseeing material and value-add cost analysis, inventory and working capital initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and business case development for key operational projects. Manage and develop high-performing finance teams while delivering actionable insights that improve profitability and support business growth. Requires 10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing or operations, strong analytical and leadership skills, and expertise in financial planning, modeling, and ERP systems.
