As Operations Manager , you'll oversee production, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and quality while keeping safety, efficiency, and delivery on track.
You'll lead department managers, improve processes, monitor key performance metrics, and work across teams to keep operations moving in the right direction.
What we're looking for: 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in operations or supply chain leadership. A bachelor's degree, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems, plus a proven ability to develop teams and drive results.
