Assistant EMS Manager

The EMS Assistant Manager supports the operational, clinical, and strategic functions of Adena Health EMS by providing leadership and oversight of pre-hospital EMS partnerships as well as night shift operations. This role serves as a key liaison between Adena Health EMS, regional EMS agencies, hospital departments, and community partners to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and enhance coordination of patient care across the healthcare continuum. The Assistant Manager provides direct support and monitoring of night shift staffing, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and clinical standards while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
