About the job
We're seeking a Quality Engineer I to support quality assurance and quality control initiatives across products, raw materials, suppliers, and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate Range - $20-25/HR on W2
Responsibilities:
Perform product inspections and quality evaluations
Collect, analyze, and report quality data and findings
Investigate product and process deviations
Support new product launches and production trials
Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues
Assist with quality control and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Natural Sciences
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools
Ability to travel up to 10-20%
Preferred
1-3 years of quality-related experience
Experience with quality control processes, data analysis, or statistical techniques
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and AQL standards
