Project Architect

New York, Manage architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project. Oversee the drafting of architectural designs and construction documents. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments for projects. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors throughout the construction process. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contract specifications. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Proven experience in construction management and architectural project oversight. Must have proficiency in Autocad, Revit and CAD, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of contract management and legal considerations in architecture. Ability to draft detailed architectural plans and specifications. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
