About the job
Salary: $110,000 plus up to $15,000 performance bonus
SUMMARY: Leads fundraising, marketing, and development efforts to grow revenue, strengthen donor and community relationships, and advance the organization’s mission. Oversees fundraising, grants, marketing and communications, outreach, special events, and Board development. Supervises the Grants Manager, Development & Marketing Specialist, and Philanthropy Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive fundraising, marketing, and revenue development experience.
Proven success in major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, events, and donor relations.
Experience in grant writing, contract management, and community outreach.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and analytics.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
