Executive Director

Wethersfield, CT, The Associated General Contractors of Connecticut is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership, advocacy, and strategic direction for the Chapter and its members. This is a highly visible leadership position for an individual who can effectively represent Connecticut's commercial construction industry, build strong relationships with members and public officials, oversee Chapter programs and initiatives, and work closely with the AGC of Connecticut Board of Directors, committees, staff, and AGC of America. The successful candidate will combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with an understanding of government affairs, association management, financial oversight, membership development, and program planning and execution.
