What You'll Do as Clinic Director

Lead, mentor and develop a team of PTs, PTAs and support staff

Drive clinic performance, patient outcomes and the patient experience

Build strong relationships with local providers and referral sources

Carry a patient caseload with individualized, evidence-based care

Create a culture of learning, accountability and fun

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Outpatient experience; leadership experience preferred
