Lead discovery to understand each organization’s clinical and operational priorities, technology environment, budget, and decision-making process.

Position our solutions against customer needs, including workflow improvement, interoperability, clinician adoption, patient access, and cost reduction, as applicable.

Partner with solutions consultants and technical teams to address EHR integration, data exchange, security, privacy, and implementation requirements.

Build business cases and proposals that clearly communicate expected value, total cost of ownership, and measurable success criteria.

Navigate lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including budget approvals, IT governance, vendor risk assessments, legal review, and contracting.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while coordinating appropriate internal expertise for service agreements and business associate agreements.

Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity records, and revenue forecasts in the CRM.

Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams to establish clear expectations and support a smooth transition from sales to deployment.

Share customer and market insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success selling enterprise healthcare IT solutions to hospitals, health systems, or integrated delivery networks.

A track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex agreements involving multiple facilities or departments.

An understanding of hospital operations, workflows, and the financial and organizational pressures that shape technology investments.
