We are searching for a people-first General Manager to lead a high-volume, nationally recognized sandwich concept .

This role is for a leader who believes great results start with a great team. We’re looking for a coach, mentor, and culture builder who can develop people, set clear goals, and create an environment where Team Members want to perform and grow.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong restaurant team

Set clear goals and hold the team accountable for results

Elevate service, speed, quality, and overall performance

Build a positive, high-energy workplace culture

Manage labor, food costs, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations

Develop future leaders from within the team

Build relationships and actively engage with the local community

Lead from the floor and set the standard every day

What We’re Looking For

Team leadership experience

A genuine coach and mentor , not simply a manager

Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain teams

Operationally strong and comfortable with restaurant KPIs

Energetic, approachable, and community-minded
