We are looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lincoln City, Oregon. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, love building strong teams, and want real career growth into a District Manager role, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front and back of house)

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service every shift

Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Manage food cost, labor cost, and drive sales and profitability

Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Build a positive restaurant culture where team members want to stay and grow

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of General Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or fast casual (preferred)

Proven track record of hitting sales, profit, and guest satisfaction goals

Strong leadership and people development skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Passion for the restaurant business and desire to grow into multi-unit leadership
