We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Manager Lithuania (m/f/d) to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support market development across Lithuania. This role combines commercial responsibility with agronomic expertise and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact in a dynamic international environment.

Your Responsibilities

Drive sales activities and implement commercial strategies for the Lithuanian market.

Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and key stakeholders while providing technical and agronomic support.

Manage and develop the crop portfolio, support new variety launches, and contribute to positioning, trial activities, and market readiness.

Coordinate field demonstrations, customer events, exhibitions, and seminars, translating trial results into compelling commercial arguments.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Manage forecasts, stock planning, CRM data, reporting, and contract execution to support business performance.

Your Profile

• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Business, or a related field • Several years of commercial experience, ideally in agriculture and B2B sales. • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach. • Fluency in English, willingness to travel, and a valid Category B driving license.
