About the job
Position: Account Manager (Client Relations) Type: Office-based administrative role (no outside sales or fieldwork)
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks related to personal insurance policies (auto & home)
No sales or outside visits required
Process insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals
Assist with new policy enrollments and existing client care
Gather necessary information for accident reports, address changes, and cancellations
Office Location:
Cypress, CA
Requirements:
Professional-level proficiency in Japanese Professional-level proficiency in English Experience in the insurance industry
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Standard 8-hour workday (with flexibility to finish early if tasks are completed)
Fully remote position
Compensation:
$45,000 $50,000 per year
