What Youll Do:

We believe in serving delicious, high-quality seafood while providing exceptional hospitality . As Assistant General Manager, you will:

Build, lead, and develop a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team

Deliver an outstanding guest experience with warm, friendly hospitality

Work alongside your team on the line , leading by example

Analyze sales and manage costs , including payroll, inventory, and expenses

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence with a keen eye for detail

What You Bring:

2+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)

Strong financial acumen , including an understanding of P&Ls and COGS

Required food handler certification

Ability to handle shellfish/tolerate exposure to shellfish allergens
