Role: Mortgage Servicing Systems Analyst Location: Remote (US-Based) Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Eligible)

Are you a Technical Business Systems Analyst with deep data mapping expertise and mortgage servicing experience?

Key Responsibilities: • Translate complex business needs into granular user stories, system specs, data requirements, and technical workflows. • Lead source-to-target data mapping, gap analysis, and transformation logic for large-scale system conversions. • Facilitate requirement workshops with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Data/Software Engineers. • Perform root cause analysis, process optimization, and impact assessments for enterprise reporting architecture. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across cross-functional data initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills: • 4+ years as a Technical Business Analyst • Domain Expertise: Experience in mortgage servicing software • Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing environments. • Data Mapping: Proven track record with source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, and transformation rules. • Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
