Trial Attorney (Personal Injury)

Workers’ Compensation Attorney

What You’ll Do

Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial

Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements

Prepare cases for trial, including:

Depositions

Hearings

Witness coordination

Exhibit preparation

Deliver exceptional, compassionate client service

Requirements

What You Bring

Admitted Attorney (New Jersey Bar required)

Experience in Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation

Trial experience (essential for Trial Attorney role)

Strong litigation and negotiation skills

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision

A results-driven, high-energy mindset
