Healthcare Recruiter – Remote

100% Remote | Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings

Love recruiting but not the business development side?

I’m looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to join my growing permanent-placement recruiting business.

I own the New England market for i4 Search Group and have established client relationships, active job orders, and more recruiting opportunities than I can personally manage.

I’ll bring the clients, job orders, technology, and recruiting resources. You focus on finding great candidates and making placements.

What You’ll Do

Source, engage, and screen healthcare professionals.

Build relationships with active and passive candidates.

Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and follow-up.

Collaborate on candidate presentations, offers, and placements.

Maintain accurate recruiting activity in Loxo.

Leverage technology and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.

What I’m Looking For

Healthcare recruiting experience.

Strong sourcing, outreach, and candidate relationship skills.

Self-motivation, organization, and consistent follow-through.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches.

Experience using, or willingness to learn, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support recruiting workflows.

Experience with permanent placement, allied-health recruiting, Loxo, or the New England healthcare market is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed base salary. Commission terms are based on experience and discussed individually.
