CONTRACT2HIRE AI Governance Consultant

Our client, a leading global biotechnology organization, is seeking a senior AI Governance Consultant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This person will play a key role in maturing the organization’s AI governance function, helping translate well-defined controls into practical, day-to-day operations while advising teams on how to navigate governance requirements. They’re looking for someone with strong presence and credibility who understands AI governance at a strategic level but is also technical enough to oversee resources and understand tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure APIs, and Claude. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to help shape the operating model and potentially transition into a permanent position. This is a fully remote role, but candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones will be given preference.
