Scrum Master

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the Secure Identity Access Management (SIAM) sector, is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Position Summary: The Scrum Master will oversee delivery across multiple development teams focused on authentication, login security, and customer-facing cybersecurity capabilities. The role involves facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban delivery processes, managing dependencies, supporting quarterly planning activities, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

3-5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Experience with Jira and VersionOne, and managing cross-team dependencies.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban delivery processes and manage team dependencies.

Support roadmap execution and delivery planning.

Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple stakeholders and ensure a healthy delivery pipeline.

Drive continuous improvement and lead teams through organizational changes.
